Peng, Vito Tsai, Rong-Yeu Chang 台湾区计算机辅助成型技术交流协会 Association of CAE Molding Technology 中文摘要 近年来由于消费性电子、光电产品、汽机车零组件的蓬勃发展,产品的开发周期相对缩短,CAE(Computer-aided engineering)模流分析技术的应用也变得越来越普遍。对于CAE模流分析技术的需求,也由薄壳网格技术转变成3D实体网格技术。透过3D实体分析,分析者可直接引用3D计算机辅助设计(Computer-aided design)的模型,快速转换为分析用的实体网格(Solid mesh),不需透过任何模型简化或假设便可直接进行模流分析,协助工程师快速、正确而有效率地解决产品与模具开发上的困难。 英文摘要 Due to global competition, the life cycle of plastic parts are becoming shorter and shorter. Therefore, the vertical integration from product design, mechanical design, tooling design to mass production has become more critical. Computer–Aided Engineering (CAE) is recognized as the best assistant in model design and process optimization for runner layout, gate location, gate number, wall thickness…etc. The recent innovations in simulation technology and computer hardware have created a paradigm shift moving CAE from the conventional midplane (2.5D) technology to true 3D.
