在现今的塑料工业中,大部份的产品都是利用射出成型的方式来制造出所要的成品,射出成品之翘曲值也是决定成品好坏的重要因子之一。而以光盘片而言,光盘片之翘曲值对于雷射光线聚焦,数据读取等影响更为显著。然而,在模具的设计上,水路设计的冷却效率,在实测中显示需列为重要的设计考虑重点之一。本研究考虑到,如果在设计前,能将水路设计影响翘曲值的关系作射出模拟的分析探讨,将可以降低产品设计时之工时和成本,也可同时将设计考虑不足或可能发生的问题点预先进行改良,以期正式生产时能顺利产出成品。本研究主要是针对水路的设计对于成品翘曲值利用计算机辅助工程进行模流分析,分析上采用Moldex3D软件,进行不同水路设计的影响评估,找寻出对于冷却效率及翘曲值有关的水路设计优化之参数与法则,再利用实物实验检验模流分析和实作实验光盘片翘曲值之实际数据比较。由分析结果及实验数据,均证实本研究所提出的水路设计有显著地提高良品率的效果。

英文摘要
In plastics industry, most of the products are produced by using the way of injection molding. The warp value of the injection products is the important factor to be applied to resolve whether the product is acceptable. It is more remarkable that the disc is more sensitive since that the resolvability the laser light is strongly related to the warp value. In the design of the mold, the cooling efficiency of water tunnel is also one of the very important design factors in actual experiment. In the preliminary design stage, we can make the injection simulation analysis about the water tunnel effect to the warp value, it will reduce the working time and the cost of design, and we can also improve the problems that design consideration insufficiency and we can hope the smooth output finished products. This study focus on the water tunnel design to reduce the product warp value, the research that utilize the CAE of Moldex3D, to evaluate the influence of different water tunnel design cases, to find the parameter and the rule of cooling efficiency and warp value optimization design of high speed disc production, and using actual experiment to approve the disc warp value tendency with the result of injection simulation analysis and the really experiment. From the analysis result and experimental data, we can verify the water tunnel proposed by the study, it has presented remarkable good rate and also enhances the disc production efficiency.
