四轴和五轴的偏置比较大,另编程时采用了方位不同的坐标系。

还有一个原因,如果原点不在转台中心,x、y坐标有较大的偏置时,会产生过切,c或a轴角度变化太大。另外在不同程序连续加工快进时要小心,用vericut模拟好像可以,实际上机床时由于线性轴和旋转轴的速度不一样,会撞刀的,我就碰上了这事了,所以安全高度一定要足够。
