各位大哥，画流道时出现如下问题

一。刚开始我画的流道曲线如下：
   1。点F--to--点C

   2。点A--to--点E

   3。点A--to--点A'
       点B--to--点B'
       点D--to--点D'
       点E--to--点E'
   mesh后做Fill分析失败，
失败提示：

** WARNING ** Node    1  cannot be filled from any polymer injection location.
              Check the geometry data and ensure that the node is connected.

** WARNING ** Node    2  cannot be filled from any polymer injection location.
              Check the geometry data and ensure that the node is connected.

** WARNING ** Node    3  cannot be filled from any polymer injection location.
              Check the geometry data and ensure that the node is connected.
……
…..
……
** ERROR 99773 ** Element 21385  is not reachable from any polymer injection
                  location. Check the geometry data and ensure proper
                  connectivity.

** ERROR 99090 ** The automatic determination of fill time failed.

二。后来我画的流道曲线如下：
   
   1。点F--to--点C

   2。点C--to--点B
       点C--to--点A
       点C--to--点D
       点C--to--点E

   3。点A--to--点A'
       点B--to--点B'
       点D--to--点D'
       点E--to--点E'
     mesh后做Fill，OK

我非常想请教：--如何正确的画出如图的流道，谢谢

当然得按你第二种来了。因为MFL计算是以NODE点来计算的。如果按你第一种做法，那么在两线相并处就没有共同的NODE点，除非你用merge将其融合。但是我在做的时候一般都用第二种做法做。

分析没提示你BEAM单元重叠么？

反正据我所知应该这样做。我最开始学时也因为这个问题把头都搞大了。反正我是这样做才行的。
