一点心得
薄壳的理论还是有很多优点的,虽然需要花时间进行前处理,但是通过前处理可以更加了解产品的结构,最重要的一点是对于大型薄件的分析是十分的迅速.很多模流的人都想分析一次就想预测到很多的问题,其实是不太实际的,因为薄壳毕竟做了理论假设,所以和实际是有偏差的.应用薄壳的方法进行初步分析应该主要看充填产品是否有短射,需要的排气点,产品内塑胶流动的顺不顺,例如迟滞效应,结合线,进阶的分析则看:冷却的模温差是否很大,其它参数整体分布的情况是否异常,胶口和流道损失的压力预测,锁模力的预测,流率和剪切应力的预测,当然还有变形,体积收缩率等等;但是进阶的结果往往在薄壳方面较难模拟准确,需要有更加广泛的知识去分析,逐步的调整一些参数才能达到更为精准的程度,例如产品的结构要表达的更细微,肉厚量测更准确,可以说前处理(制作网格)的工作直接影响到进阶分析,所以CAE的立足点应该在模型的准确建构上,如果只是敷衍的行事,根本就没有十足的底气说这个分析一定准确.---050110作者: larry 时间: 2005-1-10 20:01

I just don't understand Fly_snoopy, Moldex3D is such a lousy software, but yet you always try to promote. I would suggest you to save your breathe to go hang around else where. This is a "Moldflow" discussion forum. Don't try to be funny.
For those who want to know more about the weak point of Moldex3D (Anyway, there isn't any good point at all), can always check with me. The company I work with has Moldex3D, but we swfted to use Moldflow. Moldflow is very accurate and user friendly. We felt that Moldex3D is just a student prototye program, and we really made a very very big mistake!
