工作职责：
A. Commercial assistance to the Sales Managers: meet the customer in order to define his needs; produce the offer to the customer; take part in the negotiation phases and contract signature.
B. Studies management: define the technical specifications, time schedule and cost of the project; manage all detailed studies for tendering; negotiate and sign the contracts with subcontractors.
C. Site works management: organize and supervise the site works management team; plan and supervise the project meetings with client, subcontractors, authorities…; follow the client invoicing and sub-contractors payments; follow the project cost and time schedule; be responsible for the after-sale service.
岗位要求：
A. Minimum 8 years experience in a similar function.
B. Graduated in civil or M&E.
C. Perfect in spoken and written English.
D. Possession of professional qualifications shall be preferable.
3.SALES ENGINEER

1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering or Science related subjects.
2. At least 2 years experience in managing Plastic Molding Sales (Tooling & Molding experience in Computer or ele-communication Industry.)
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivated and a dynamic team player.
5. Be able to manage large scale accounts and develop new business and customers.
