***Plan, direct and coordinate technical development of internal and reseller technical staff and appropriate certification under minimal direction,
***Coordinate, define and escalate support requirements for major accounts within Asia Pacific
***Participate in cross-functional work teams to bring value-added business to Solid Edge
***Support Asia Pacific strategic programs and initiatives as necessary
***Ensure continuous development of technical skills of our client’s internal and resellers
***Define systems and process for technical requirements of individual certification of our client’s internal and resellers
***Support sales and technical teams with liaison, escalation and resolution of issues and requests for strategic major accounts
***Capture and communicate learning of best practices for the Solid Edge business
***Coordinate Solid Edge beta testing with major customers in AP
