RESPONSIBILITY:
Develops and applies advanced theories, methods and solution of complex and advanced technical problems;
Provides technical direction to and coordinates the efforts of engineers and technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects;
Direct interaction with business unit senior/executive management on technical matters;
Evolves innovation by making knowledge cumulative through good documentation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in an Mechanical/Material/Electronic engineering discipline;
6 or more years of work experience ;
Past results include successful technical leadership on a major project is good plus;
Good presentation skill in effectively conveying information, expressing opinions, and motivating
others to act;
Good English, especially in reading and writing technical documents;
Good PC skill;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
