1。Define a new layer with Graphic properties toolbar
2. select a element (either in specification tree or in graphic area)
3. select the newly defined layer。 then the elements is in that layer
select a element, then selec None in Graphic properties toolbar layer drop down menu. then the element is removed from it's original layer
