Kolb:
ƒ The Kolb application has been integrated with CimatronE. Kolb is a clay model builder for the automotive industry. They provide a turnkey solution: the machine the controller and the software to run it.
ƒ The system comes with 2 configurations:
o Version 1: 3x Minimal Version
o Version 2: 5x Kolb Studioline

好像就是类似品牌电脑装XP的OEM版，这里是CIMATRON的OEM版

我记得上次有人就在ICAX里贴他有名字为KOLB的E8.5测试版，好笑的是他什么都不懂，说叫KOLB是CIMATRON的软件人员改着玩的。。。。

这么说的话, cim有针对汽车设计制造业提供更专业的一些功能了不知KOLB是不是哪些单词的简称?

我的意思是说。CIMATRON公司授权KOLB以它的名义使用（或销售）CIMATRON E。包括软件名称也不叫cimatron e了，而是叫KOLB。
上次这儿有位兄弟贴了张KOLB v8.5测试版的图，实际就是E8.5测试版

这里的意思是说KOLB公司将Ｅ8.5分拆为２种版本来销售，一种是仅３轴的。一种是５轴的
