【摘要】利用TopSolid 的progress 模块,计算出冲裁弯曲级进模带料冲压力与压力中心,并对“自由工位”进行互换,寻找出压力中心偏移较小的排样设计方案。然后,通过有限元数值模拟求解出回弹角,补偿其回弹并自动更新弯曲凸凹模。

The Cptimize of Pressure Center and Spring Back Compensation for Punching and Bending Progressive die Based on TopSolid
【Abstract】Based on the TopSolid progress module, the pressing force and pressure center of the shearing -cut and bending progressive die is calculated. The strip layout schedule is optimized by exchanging the free step and finding out the minimum center offset. Furthermore,the refined bending punch is obtained by using the FEA method to calculate the compensated spring back angle.
