非正交五轴参数设置
机床型号 DMU 60P

将旋转方向设置成为None,用方向和角度来定义旋转轴方向
Set mom_kin_Machine_type:5_axis_haed_table.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_place:NONE
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_center_offset(0):0.0.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_center_offset(1):0.0.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_center_offset(2):0.0.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_rotation:Normal.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_zero_position:0.0.
用余弦函数定义第四轴
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_vector(0):0.0.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_vector(1):1.0000.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_vector(2):1.0000.
用两个角度来定义第四轴
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_angles(0):90.0.
Set mom_kin_4th_axis_ angles (1):45.0.
旋转轴摆长参数用变量数组mom_kin_gauge_to_ pivot来定义
Set mom_kin_gauge_to_ pivot (0):XX(X-head offset).
Set mom_kin_gauge_to_ pivot (1):YY(Y-head offset).
Set mom_kin_gauge_to_ pivot (2):ZZ(Z-head offset).
Set mom_kin_5th_axis_place:NONE
Set mom_kin_5th_axis_center_offset(0):0.0.
Set mom_kin_5th_axis_center_offset(1):0.0.
Set mom_kin_5th_axis_center_offset(2):0.0.
Set mom_kin_5th_axis_rotation:Normal.

如果不是很老的系统，后处理可以参考
D:\Program Files\UGS\NX 6.0\MACH\resource\library\machine\installed_machines\sim09_mill_5ax\postprocessor\heidenhainTNC
