当程序设置为：
Type:UF_tabular_note_type
Subtype :UF_tabular_note_subtype

选中的表格的Tag 用在下面函数中
public void AskNmRows(Tag tabnote,out int nm_rows）
或
int UF_TABNOT_ask_nm_rows(tag_t tabnote, int * nm_rows )
