Sign Determines Direction means that the system uses sign only for direction of rotation. B90 and B-90 are the same position on the rotary table. When you select B90 the table rotates clockwise from its current location to 90. When you select B-90 the table rotates counterclockwise from its current location to 90. Typically, the limits on this table are from 0 to 360.
