机械设计工程师

Position responsibility:
Technically lead in mechanical system design, responsible for static, dynamic design, and analysis of opto-mechanical systems, equipment and packages.
Lead design and design review processes, design and execution of experiment, and validation processes.
Produce sub-system specifications to meet the total tool performance requirements.
Direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication. ?????
Position qualification:
Require a BS degree or higher in mechanical engineering. A strong background in opto-mechanical design.
Proficient in ProEngineering is required. Must be able to design using 3D solid modeling tools.
Ability to produce designs from the concept level. Must be able to perform basic analysis of designs to verify performance.
Familiar with manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding fabrication and castings.
Must be able to generate documentation required to release the design to manufacturing.Good oral and written skills in English. Must be self-motivated and self-directed. Must appropriately set priorities and achieve quality results. Good team player. Ability to lead small design team is desirable.

1.有机械学士学位以上
2.有ProE经验
3.有设计精密仪器经验者优先
4.懂机械模拟方法
5.英语口语，阅读能力强
6.有团队合作精神以及独立工作能力

1)合格人员将在USA的Canlifornia training for 2 months;
2)salary is more than 6000 after tax for 13 months every year
3)Company will cover for 2 months training English in China.
3)offer Contract is more than 4 years.
