應該不需要，只有一些模組需要用到 EXCEED。

如果沒記錯,ideas是有些模組才可能需要Exceed,不過再裝CDRSr12時是需要的

I-deas has exceed, but no exceed 3D.
Therefore, if u have ideas, you can run abaqus-view, however, you need exceed 3d to run abaqus-CAE. If you don't need GUI, you can run Abaqus without exceed.
