ug的part文件不在ug环境里能用什么方式打开

我想用ug的part文件中的一些信息，比如象文本一样，能读取它的信息，但是不知道用什么方式打开，我试着用写字板，但是显示出来的都是乱码，还有别的打开方式吗？？？
