职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for mechanical design of NPI and VCP, and provide technical support to the product transfer and localization.
Provide support and direction in the design and analysis, emphasizing analysis optimizing manufacturability, reliability, maintainability, functionality and cost.
Provide creative solutions to unstructured product and system design problems.
Develop product and component test and material specifications.
Coordinate cross-functional design, analysis, and testing.
Recognize opportunities and implement programs to provide creative alternatives to existing products and components that will improve function and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years mechanical design experience in injection molded plastic and sheet metal part design
Experience with Pro/Engineer 2001 or later.
Experience in part structural analysis and troubleshooting.
Familiar with mechanical tests for structural integrity (vibration, impact, fatigue, etc).
Working in a team environment
Excellent language skill on English reading, speaking and writing.
