We are the company who is doing complete sourcing with develOPMents of parts, complete scooters and motorcycles for a renowned US company. Pl visit www.vento.com for more details about our range. Under our expansion plan we are setting up our own Engine plant in China for which we have following openings. All openings need experience in 2-4 wheels Automobile Industry

1.        Manager (Mfg Engg)
a.        Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mech / Auto Engg) with 8-10 Yrs Exp
b.        Equipment and machinery planning / commissioning for assembly and testing of engines as well as plant equipments
c.        Preparation of process sheets / Cycle time studies / designing and procurement of design receiver gauges / packing finalizations
d.        Plant maintenance monitoring and capital expenditure tracking
2.        Asst Manager (QA)
a.        Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mech / Auto Engg) with 4-6 Yrs Exp
b.        Well conversant with all components inspection process and equipment handling, exp in plain bearing crank shafts and hydraulic lifters and EFI parts would be advantageous
c.        Problem solving techniques and vendor communications should be excellent
3.        Sr manager (R & D)
a.        Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mech / Auto Engg) with 10-12 Yrs Exp
b.        Complete new model development Engines / Vehicles experience is must
c.        Specially plain bearing cr shafts with hydraulic lifter mechanism in EFI engines is advantageous
d.        Testing equipments planning and approvals with ME and monitoring
e.        Design approvals by Prototype testing as per set benchmarks for performance and smooth handover to productions / purchase with proper design specs
f.        Service Issues study and Improvements
4.        Asst Manager (R & D)
a.        Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mech / Auto Engg) with 4-6 Yrs Exp
b.        Well conversant with All kinds of testing equipments in R & D e.g Dynamometers eng / chassis, Mass emission test, component testing  equipments
c.        Plain bearing Cr shafts and EFI system testing experience is advantageous
d.        Approval testings for component development
5.        Asst Manager (Comp. Development)
a.        Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mech / Auto Engg) with 4-6 Yrs Exp
b.        Vendor development for new designs / vendor audit / Pricing
c.        Co ordination with QA and R & D for new developments
d.        Experience on plain bearing cr shafts and EFI system engines parts will be advantageous
