一种4轴的充分发挥状态

我觉得应该X轴坐标系应该平行于圆锥外轮廓线,这样B轴的旋转角度就用卡具的倾斜代替了,这才是实际要的加工状态。在UG的后处理中锁定B轴的输出,这样程序中就只有A轴输出了。

去年(2005/10)做過一個類似的案子,座標系基本都不動的,X轴一樣是通過轴心,因為后置會自動作B轴旋轉後補償的動作....

還是要等樓主試作過才知道啦!!

对,如果是五轴床子的话当然不用动坐标系,现在楼主的床子是四轴的只有A一个旋转轴,B轴的倾斜是通过一个倾斜的夹具来实现的(倾斜的目的就是使Z轴垂直于圆锥表面),所以坐标系肯定要动,要不然就与实际的机床座标有差别了

boy兄的思路就是通常基于转台轴水平的状态的4轴刀腹切削(摆成这个状态后和圆锥面就没关系了)

很多软件都可以搞定,我也可以用sinderal师傅教的招搞定了。

今天又看了一遍于兄的机器人动作录像,正好在网上搜索到这个帖子,忍不住再次回贴UP一下。

其实,我当时的思路就是锁定 3+1 机床,四轴联动,刀具的矢量是固定的。

锁住角度轴编程,MC 可以锁的,可以锁任意线段作为固定轴。

但是五轴的锁住某轴固定角度的程式不适合于兄的机床。

还有,前面提到旋转轴固定 F 值的问题,呵呵,现在可以处理的得更完美了。

侧面是过锥心的么?

我觉得如果是侧面过轴心的话,理论上是加工不出来这个图形的, 因为我们选择的刀具有直径,也就是如果刀轴垂过圆锥的轴心的话,实际上刀具的接触点就加工出来的结果不是圆锥面侧面了,而如果刀具接触点国锥心轴,也会出现过切的现象

除非用直径非常小的刀具

第4轴的一种典型做法,但是看图我不了界是否刀具方向和Z轴是同一个方向,如果不是的话,标准3+2轴做法,如果是的哈典型的4轴做法.

看看第10楼的说明,是第四旋转轴的机床,是要根据机床来定位做事方法,而不是用软件和软件功能来定位。
