Smart Collectors provide the user a way to select a collection of faces or edges. This new operator will remember the rules defined during the selection. For example, if you add tangent edges, this rule will be remembered. As the model is changed and a new edge is added, the edge will be automatically added to the selection.
This operation is available with taper in V18 and
will eventually be availble to all features that input faces or edges
