我的UG3.0用不了，请帮助！！

各位大虾，我的UG3.0用不了，以前还能用，可是重新装来了系统再装UG就出现问题了，打开UG时，出现如下的问题：
    Runtime Error！
    Program：C:\Program Files\UGS\UGII\ugraf.exe
        This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
        Please contact the application's support team for more infomation.

时间问题吧，

那该如何解决呢，我曾尝试过把时间改回去，重新安装，可是结果还是一样，请问我该怎么做啊，嗨，郁闷啊！！！
