请问大家分析过程中出现这样的问题该怎么办?

请教大家我在分析中碰到这样的问题,但分析并没有中止,请这是怎么回事,匹配率已经到了86%,该怎么处理好?

另外我分析所用的硬盘空间达到1.8G,这会不会有些过份了,有50000多个网格.分析是COOL+FLAW,COOL分析到42%时长时间不动.
