Job Duties:  
[$#8226] To supervise a software develOPMent team, ensure the team to run with high quality and efficiency  
[$#8226] Communicate and work closely with peer developers and managers to design and implement product features  
  
Requirements:  
[$#8226] BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent  
[$#8226] About 3 - 5 years experience of software development, and at least 1 year experience in supervising a development team  
[$#8226] Be skilled at Java technology, and J2EE  
[$#8226] Be skilled at Oracle DBMS development  
[$#8226] Be experienced in managing software development projects  
[$#8226] Good understanding of the software development process  
[$#8226] Strong technical skills and willingness to acquire new technologies  
[$#8226] Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  
[$#8226] Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure, good team player, highly motivated  
[$#8226] Good command of speaking and writing English
