I-DEAS字体线架构

There are two types of fonts available: standard drafting fonts (available on both Unix and Microsoft® Windows), and True Type fonts (available on MS Windows only). The standard fonts include: Simplex, Din, Military, ISO, Lightline, IGES 100, IGES 1002, IGES 1003, and Century.

The standard fonts can be used to create toolpaths for NC machining, using manual milling.

The True Type fonts include all the fonts installed on your MS Windows computer. They typically trace around the border of each letter, which makes them suitable for extruding or embossing to create 3D text.

True Type fonts range widely in style and quality, and some may not produce the results you expect. For this reason, we have made True Type fonts an option on MS Windows machines, rather than the default. To activate them, you need to create the following entry in your param file:

UseNTTrueTypeFonts: 1

To turn them off, change the 1 to 0.
