老外给了一份模具设计规格书,唉,英语水平不行,有几句搞不出来,请大家帮帮忙啊!!

1.Correct ‘snatching’ should be incorporated to ensure that parts stay on correct half of tool consistently during a production run.
2.‘Land’ around ejector pins not to be excessive to reduce chance of seizure – 15mm max.
3.Roller ball bearings to be used on large tools where there is a danger of plate distortion on the return stroke.
4.16 Way 16 amp Harting plugs for heaters, with the female side on the tool.

1.正确的‘夺取' 应该被吸收确定部份一致地在一个生产期期间停留在正确一半的工具上。
2.‘土地'在驱逐者的周围用针别住不是过度减少捕获– 15 毫米最大的机会。
3.滚筒球轴承在大的工具上被用哪里有在回返笔划方面的一种碟子扭曲的危险。
4.16 为加热器雄赤鹿塞子的方法 16 安培,与女性在工具上偏袒。

1.在产品运行期间,正确的卡扣应该能够确保零件一直留在正确半模上(指动模或是定模).
2.在顶针周围的区域应留至少15MM的空间,以避免扣住.(这里的顶针估计是指斜顶)
3.滚筒球轴承在大的模具上是危险的,因为在顶出时,可、会造成滚筒球轴承碟的歪扭.
4.16通道16安培的热流道应该在母模一边.

2.顶针不要太多，以免干涉的。顶针间距大过15mm

distortion on the return stroke
3.用在大模具上的滚珠轴承,在往复受力作用下有变形的危险！
4.16 Way 16 amp Harting plugs for heaters, with the female side on the tool.
4.在模具母模侧安装16芯16安热流道插座
