相容性轉換問題

我用R17
想把R17轉換成R14
翻看過不少相關問題
但是最後RUN後只有出現"GlobalResults.htm"和"art2.CATPart.htm"這東西
_______Part2.CATPart.htm內容↓__________
轉換 D:\3D\Part2.CATPart
目標版本 : CATIAV5R14
開啟文件的最舊版本 : CATIAV5R17
文件需要被轉換
PartBody was converted (as result with link)
New document "C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Part2.CATPart" already exists in the target directory and cannot be overwritten
change the target directory or,
rename the new document, or
select the Replace option, or
rename or move the previous document in another directory
檢查器中止
Document can not be processed ....
返回碼= 92

如果是缺少元件~那要如何解決

  请不要讨论有关软件破解的内容。。。我试了，我的是可以的。。。估计是配置问题吧

那請問高手~有辦法指出大概哪方面配置出問題
原則上我沒改任何設定~除了舊文提到有個地方要全選才能用相容元件那個地方有設定而已
請指教~
