标题: 谁见过这么奇怪的材料？
同一种塑胶材料厚度越大，防火等级越高，可这种材料厚度越薄，防火等级越高，到UL 官方网站上查询也是这样，不知有谁见过或者用过？

不过疑问:种材料厚度越薄，防火等级越高,这种好像跟常识不一样啊,难道这种材料多加几层变厚了,防火效果就变差了,????????????/

绝对没有写错,此塑胶料应该是日本帝人PC 料, 在UL 官方网站上牌号是E50075, 我感到很奇怪,因为现在有个产品准备用这种料,防火等级需要达到VO级,搞得现在拿不定主意

按上面的表来看，要达到V0级时，制品厚度不超过0.2mm了。还能做成什么产品呀！关注中！

我打电话问此材料供应商在深圳办事处的,他们也感到很奇怪,说是打电话帮我问总部的,现在还没有回音啊............................

这是材料供应商的答复。

关于L1225Y材料物性
并不是越厚阻燃性越高。这是一种认识误区。
普通PC厚片融化自动熄灭较难，融化滴下燃烧棉团可能更大。
L1225Y 1.9mm为HB，0.4mm为V2
这是按照UL认证的标准实验片所做的
UL认证结果。

这种材料的阻燃原理难道和其它材料的不一样吗？主要是搞清楚这点。
