用I-DEAS11打开I-DEAS-9的文件出现问题

用I-DEAS11打开I-DEAS-9的文件时，出现错误。
说：Runtime Error
       C:\UGSPLM\I-DEAS11\geo\geomod.exe
       This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
       Please contact the application's support team for more information.
这是怎么回事？？但是其他的文件在I-DEAS11中就能打开(也是在I-DEAS 9中建).

请问你的11版本是几张光盘的啊
我的怎么没安装文件啊

我也碰到过同样问题，但不仅是9版本，11版的也有过。可能是文件损坏了吧。
