我做了一个一次钻12个孔的nc仿真实验,最后生成了如下的刀位文件,问题是我发现proe/nc里面即使按照最短走刀(shortest)方式走出来的路径也并非最短,(proe似乎用的是贪婪法的算法,总的空行程是179.542mm我用便宜算法证明过了,总的空行程是166.461mm),我想通过修改刀位文件的钻孔顺序来实现钻孔路径的优化,但是没有成功,希望得到高手指点迷津,谢谢了。
