以前的版本是分开的2个图标，现在合并成一个ICON，2个BUTTON

尋找MW_Insert_Method=3改成------0

SUB-INSERT
Enabling Design and Creation Functionality
The default provided in MoldWizard for creating a sub-insert is the standard parts method. However, you can alter the Sub-Insert module to also include (or only include) the design and creation functionality. To do this, modify the following option in the MoldWizard defaults file:
  
MW_InsertMethod: 3
  
0: Display both methods, default selection is Insert Envelope
  
1: Display both methods, default selection is Insert Standard Part
  
2: Display only Envelope
  
Default installation is 3: Display only Standard Part
你上面的图标正好是默认值
