Job Description:

We arelooking for an individual with willing to deliver innovations to disrupt traditionalmarkets and provide resolution and implement engineering solution to create newproducts through our value chain from RnD, Production, to improve ManufacturingLine Productivity, Yield and Quality.

• Apply cutting edge technology onto our     products, keep our products leading in the market in terms of image     quality/ attractive user interface/ more combined functionalities.
• Refine the design in order to achieve     better quality/issue fixing.   
• Work with procurement team/vendors/CM
• With Firmware engineers/electrical     engineers/human factor engineers to integrate discrete parts into one     workable product.
• Working closely with quality engineers to     get all issues resolved.  
• Work with program manager and other team     members to work our program schedule and timely communicate the progress     to make sure the activities are synchronized and total schedule is on     time.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering     with at least 5 years working experience
• working     with ID team and know about basic design language and product design     skillset
• Good     understanding on mechanical design like engineering plastics and sheet     metal, metal parts; GD&T, Tolerance analysis, DOE even including both     air and fluid part design and flow control
• Good understanding of mechanism design,     motion control system integration, mechanical design margin analysis
• Good Understanding and defining of Quality     Assurance & Process Control Knowledge
• Good understanding     of manufacturing process, methodologies and environment
• Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and     Project Management skills
• Excellent team player, interpersonal and     communication skills
• Able to work well under Stress, and     Perform Multitasking
• Proactive, innovative and self-motivating     characters
• Willing     to travel up to 20% of the time
