近日,金属加工工艺创新论坛在山东济宁盛大召开,吸引全国各地200余名技术骨干和企业代表莅临出席。
同期,“蒂德精机杯”金属加工工艺征文大赛获奖名单也在现场新鲜出炉,经过层层筛选,专家评审团的严谨评估,Tebis选送的两篇技术论文,最终从数百篇论文中脱颖而出,喜获二等奖和优秀奖。

全景天窗顶盖成型工艺分析与调试研究

摘要:针对汽车顶盖在整个制造过程中,前期成型工艺分析容易出现的数值模拟分析差异,中期工艺数据A级曲面优化以及后期钳工模具调试等问题,利用某车型顶盖为例,采用AutoForm及Tebis软件对其进行CAE分析模拟、A级曲面优化及回弹补偿制作,根据相应的循环测试结果,通过优化模拟分析及精细化工艺数模,解决因传统工艺导致的生产和调试问题,提升零件整体品质。

Analysis and Debugging Research on Forming Process of Panorama Roof

Abstract:In the whole manufacturing process of automobile top cover, there are some problems including the difference of numerical simulation analysis in the early forming process analysis, the optimization of Class A surface in the middle process data, and the debugging of fitter die in the later stage. As an example of Panorama Roof, the CAE analysis and simulation, the optimization of Class A surface and the production of springback compensation are carried out by using AutoForm and Tebis software,Through the optimization of simulation analysis and fine chemical process mathematical model, the production and debugging problems caused by traditional process are solved, and the overall quality of parts is improved.

采用分段圆弧轮廓铣刀五轴联动加工侧壁

摘要:分段圆弧轮廓铣刀结合新的五轴联动策略,可针对航空结构件,特别是侧壁加工提高编程灵活性、提升效率和表面质量。首先分析了分段圆弧刀具的几何特点,其次结合了TEBIS软件介绍了该类刀具的五轴联动编程策略,最后通过刀路仿真以及螺旋造型样件的实际加工论证了该刀具和方法的有效性。

5-axis simultaneous flank machining with cycle segment tool

5-axis simultaneous strategy with cycle segment tool is a new method for aeronautic structure part machining, especially for side machining on flank elements, the new method could help to increase machining flexibility, efficiency and surface quality. First analyzed geometry feature of cycle segment cutter, then introduced how to program this kind of tool with new 5-axis machining strategy in TEBIS, the effectiveness of this new method is then proved by simulation of toolpath and manufacturing of a real helix part.
