易普蓝ePLAN现决定在中国市场招聘自己的职员,目前空缺的职位是1,电气自动化设计方向:ePLAN 技术支持工程师 Technical Support Engineer 二名(月薪RMB 6K-15K);2,市场开拓产品销售方向:ePLAN 销售工程师/经理 二名(月薪RMB 8K-15K),具体要求如下:
  
A worldwide leading e-engineering German company is seeking for Sales Managers/Sales Engineers for its further business develOPMent in China. Our company makes and leads industry standard in the electrical design area (e.g.electrical engineering and automation etc.)The most international giant in this branch like ABB, Phonex Contact, Rittal, Schneider Electric, Omoron co-operate with us shoulder to shoulder.
  
JOB DESCRIPTION / Job Location in China/Shanghai
  
1. Direct sales in the key regions in China  
- Turnover upon new markets/clients to fulfill sales targets  
- Further business development/Sales with existing customers
- Sales support of local sites of international key accounts  
2. Distribution and major accounts
- To find sub-dealers in the main industrial regions
- Cooperation with strategic partners in trading and industries
- To support distributors under headquarters distribution management
3. Marketing  
- To plan sales and implement marketing in the region
- To play a vital part in joint marketing activities with partners
- Preparation of marketing materials and sales presentations
- To manage products geared to the Chinese market
4. Business consulting
- Holistic consulting for the corresponding product class incl. the associated services
- Process-oriented consulting and creation of demand while aiming to sell our entire service and solution spectrum
- To supervise distributors in commercial terms
5. Controlling and business report  
- Weekly activity briefing to ISM
- Business report monthly and half year business review & plan
- Mediation of information between the competence center and the parent company and distributors
  
Personal profile
  
-The candidate should have completed a degree in the field of electrical engineering/automation. An additional commercial training would be desirable
-In-depth market [$ branch knowledge in the electric industry] Working knowledge in electrical engineering/automation (> 3 years professional working experience desirable)
-Proven track records in direct sales of electric components or CAD/CAE software solutions
-Professional business experience in recruiting and serving customers (either domestic or those from foreign investment ) in China  
-CAD experience is a plus
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Regional knowledge to help channel further sales/ distribution (Regions expected: Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Middle/Southwest China, Beijing-Tianjin-Shandong Delta)
-Hands-on worker, results-oriented and quality-conscious working mentality, convincing and reliable through delivery-on-time of working performance
