ANSYS算几何大变形出现的问题

我算几何大变形，总是出现下面的问题，我已经把PRED,OFF写进去了，请过来人指教，先谢过了  
  
L-2 norm of residual force overflow, this may be caused by PRED,ON and  
birth/dead elements. Please use PRED,OFF and try again.  
  
另外，我在检查网格时发现：  
*** WARNING *** CP = 167.594 TIME= 19:57:00  
The edge of element 2320 defined by nodes 17420 16940 is part of at  
least 2 distinct sets of exterior faces. This may indicate that the  
attached elements are connected in an unusual manner.  
  
没看明白，是不是网格的问题呀
