our client is a unique global sourcing firm that manages Asian sourcing for US based companies in a wide range of consumer product catagories including houseware, sporting goods, hardware and office supplies, as well as commercial product categories such as building supplies, packaging, plastic and metal components.

Position:
1. Project Engineer - Consumer Electronica and household electrical items
2.  Project Engineer - Industrial Products (plastic & metal)
3.  Project Engineer - Car Accessories (decorative and cut & sewn items, e.g. Compass, car  seat cover, mirror, figure doll)

Location: Guangzhou
Report to: Account Manager

Responsibilities and requirements:  
*  Responsible for product design & develOPMent, function & safety review, conducting product  feasibility & reliability issues, & getting quotes from the vendors etc.  Traveling within the region required.

* Projects planning & controlling from design stage to mass production

* Working closely with customers & factories in development process &  product solutions

* Degree / Diploma holder in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years or above relevant experience

* Familiar US safety standards, strong sense of material cost &  technical skills
