windows操作系统的环境变量
UGII_LANG

当值为english时，为英文版。
当值为simpl_chinese时，为中文版。

加入一开始装的是英文版，那能改成中文版么？

可以随时变换的啊
只要改变我的电脑——属性——高级——环境变量——UGII_LANG 为english或simpl_chinese 就可以了
