UGS PLM 全线产品涨价了

Dear Valued Customer,

UGS PLM Software was very pleased this year to integrate into Siemens, and our business – which will be called Siemens PLM Software effective October 1 – is as committed as ever to providing you the most advanced PLM products and services to help you transform your process of innovation and maximize value throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.  As part of this commitment, we periodically review and evaluate our pricing structure to ensure we remain competitive.

At the same time, we continually monitor our ability to maintain our own necessary business investments in areas such as R&D so we can continue to raise the bar in the products and support we provide.  We are pleased to note that we have successfully absorbed internally many of the increased costs of doing business by increasing our own productivity.  As a result of our pricing review, we are implementing only a minimal increase of 3 percent in our Software and related Maintenance and Support prices, which becomes effective on January 1, 2008.
All new software orders, including the first year of software maintenance, placed through December 31, 2007 will be honored at current prices.  Please note that this does not include 2008 software maintenance renewals.

涨价3％，与我无关。好像崔我们去买，还说今年不涨价

考，感觉这个文章很洋泾浜。

好像不像老外写的。
和我写的差不多。
