Job duties:
- Manages production
- Leads and coachs a production team
- Responsible for manufacturing, schedules and quality
- Responsible for personal issues
- Offers technical support to workers
Qualifications:
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or equivalent, in
manufacturing or engineering technology
- 5+years manufacturing management experience
- Strong background in technology
- SAP R/3 experience
- Fluent in English or German
- Positive and effective leadership
- Organizational and planning
- Skills in communication, presentation and
arbitration
- Problem solving ability
