Title:  (Principal / Senior / Assistant) Mechanical Engineer
  
Solid Line Manager:  Regional Manager
  
Major Responsibilities:
[$#61656]  Working as mechanical designer in the product develOPMent projects.
[$#61656]  Be responsible for project planning, product designing, report writing, and product testing activities.  
[$#61656]  Contributing to the development of mechanics team, including technology evaluation & reviews, process development & improvement, and subcontractors selection, etc.
[$#61656]  Carrying out technology development projects, such as product analysis & technology studies, etc.
(Principal / Senior Engineer should act as mentor to train and lead younger engineers for their project work and competence development.)
  
Requirements:
[$#61656]  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
[$#61656]  At least:
Two years (for Engineer)
Four years (for Senior Engineer)
Eight years (for Principal Engineer)
Product development experience
(Less than two years experience: Assistant Engineer)
