JD for Manufacturing Engineer
Qualification:

Bachelor degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, or other closely related technical discipline and more than 3 years experience in Manufacturing.
Minimum with 3 years working experience in CNC manufacturing area, especially has experience on Tungsten/Molybdenum part is highly appreciated.
Ability to understand customer’s drawing and specifications.
Ability to develop and select tooling and design fixture for work needs.
Troubleshooting skill and teamwork attitude
Familiar with CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, etc.
Familiar with ISO9000
Familiar with Microsoft Office software
English well in spoken and written


Responsibilities:

Develop NC program for CNC machine, Experience on Siemens controller system is preferred
Design the fixture for the new parts if required
Provide technical support to production line; assist to solve any problem in time to ensure the good running of production.
Study and analyze process data, improve process by appropriate methods to ensure the continuous advance of productivity and the compliance with requirements of company and customer.
To establish and W.I./Process and product requirements and perform feasibility/manufacturability studies on the new part/project.
Continuous improvement on optimizing manufacturing process to pursuit high production efficiency, like reduce the cycle time, reduce the lead time, cost saving on tooling, improvement on coolant.
Work with quality, purchasing and manufacturing to establish qualified vendors and improve quality.
Conduct the root cause analysis on nonconforming parts, Take and track the corrective action in the production area ASAP.
