数控车削加工宏程序利用椭圆的标准方程及参数方程编程

数控车削加工是数控加工中最简单、最基本的加工工种 , 工作任务重 , 加工内容广泛 , 被广泛应用在各种工程实践中.在实际加工中 , 对于直线和圆的加工 , 系统有确定的指令代码, 但是对于非圆曲线则没有明确的指令, 如果要加工, 就必须用小段直线拟合来实现. 例如对椭圆方程file:///E:\QQPCmgr\Temp\ksohtml\wpsC7D.tmp.jpg1 , 如果逐点计算, G01 做小线段拟合 , 逼近椭圆上的点 , 则线段越小 , 计算的工作量越大 , 越容易出错 , 也不易检查. 如果用 CAM 软件自动生成程序进行加工 , 则过于繁琐. 为了能简化程序 , 顺利加工 , 可以用宏程序进行编程. 下面以加工长半轴 20 mm、短半轴 14 mm的椭圆为例 (如图 1 所示) , 说明用宏程序进行编程的方法.

　　以上程序适用于华中世纪星系统 , 采用半径编程 , 如果使用直径编程则需要把 x 的数值放大 2 倍. 在使用标准方程时需要注意判断好 x 的正负号. 如果用 FANUC 系统 , 采用参数方程时 , 要使用角度值 ,不能用弧度值
