2016CCTE开启新年华章 德国PVT参展中国工具展

       新年初始，万象更新。第四届上海国际切削工具及装备展览会(简称：CCTE中国工具展)各项工作正在有条不紊地进行中，从招展形式上看，前景一片大好。新年迎来开门红，德国PVT公司首度牵手CCTE中国工具展，与您相约2016上海世博展览馆。

　　德国PVT公司是专门开发设计具有世界领先水平的离子和等离子真空镀膜系统的高科技公司。提供全套真空镀膜设备和镀膜技术。主要镀膜工艺是PVD—低温物理气相沉积工艺，采用大面积矩形蒸发源，通过真空电弧蒸发使不同镀膜材料沉积在各种硬质合金、高速钢刀具、模具和耐磨件上。主要膜层有AlCrN/氮铝化铬, AlTiN/氮铝化钛, TiC,N/氮碳化钛, TiN/氮化钛, TiSiN/氮化硅，AlTiSiN/氮铝化硅, CrN/氮化铬及润滑膜等复合纳米膜层。镀膜后工件寿命可提高2-10倍左右。另外，PVT公司在中国哈尔滨，东莞，常州，温岭、山东和重庆等地还设有涂层加工中心。

　　Our company (PVT Beijing) is the representative office of PVT GmbH in China. PVT GmbH is a leader in the field of ion and plasma vacuum coating technologies. It supplies coating equipments and offers coating services. Our main coating process is PVD technology. PVD process uses large area arc sources to deposit various coatings, e.g. TiN, TiC,N, AlTiN, AlCrN, CrN, PLC multi-layer on many different kinds of tools, die & mould and wear parts. Coating materials mainly include TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, AlCrN, TiSiN, AlTiSiN, CrN, ZrN, C, etc. PVT also set up coating centers in Harbin, Dongguan, Changzhou, Wenling, Shandong and Chongqing.
