Base on your experience I think that you have not this caree to get the advaced education, so the frimary salary for you is just several hundreds, eventhough it is too low but it provided you a good practice for mold design training under your degree is very low, from this practice you get a qualification to entrance the position of mold design, I think you are right and go to the first step.
After 3years going, your skills becomes strong and your salary increases to over 4k, as a person without any college's degree or even though a seconday technical degree you get a high salary today by yourself harding studing and working, but you forget this key matter during this 3years that it is needed to get the higher degree for you to enhance your qualification, so you should have to start your salary from the base according to your qualification, and final you lost your belief and go home after a long time without a good job finding!
Reviewing the past you should be known that it is very difficult to get 4k if you are always as a common worker in production line, and I also believe that you have realized this problem and will improve it. For helping your family and yourself, please dont give up and stand up with us together!
My carrer is same as you, the primary degree is a seconday technical degree with machnical engineering and graduate on 1993, I went to dongguan at the end of 2000 and the first salary is just 8hundreds, after 8months later I joined into a foreign company and got about 3K, at there I buyed a computer to learn the PROE by myself for a half a year and then leave that company to begin my caree of engineering design, because the degree is too low so my salary is always less than 3K until the Feb,2006 that my salary arise to 4.5K for a engineer manager, and I join the university studing from 2005 to 2009 with machnical engineering, and now I have got the college's degree and will get the undergraduate degree next year, I am always working as a product designer not a mold designer, because it is necessary to study the mold knowledge at school but I have not enough money at this year:2001 so I buy a computer to lear how to operate the software to draw, and I am going to continue the master education for mold design and manufacture, I want to get the professional knowledge and higher degree to develop my advanced carrer. Everyday I always study until 11:00pm for english and mold knowledge, I also plan to cost several thousands to learn the knowledge of mold design at a Training School ASAP.
Today I am in a international company as a machnical engineer by a Hunter Company, my salary is over 10k under pre-tax. From my carrer and yourself I believe you are sucessful, believe yourself and go on! |
