Evaluation Test
1. Number of unit to evaluate
More than 3 units
2. Check Items before and after Test
. Wireless features (POWER, FREQ, moduration accuracy, BER)
. Functional operations (communication, display, sound, VIB, key operation, etc.)
. Charging current for built-in charger type
. Cracks on print board, damages on electrical parts, cracks on LCD
3. Conditions
(1) HHP terminal
. 30 cm, on hardwood
. 6 sides, 100 cycles (The value will be decided over discussion for HHP terminals in special
shapes.)
(2) Charger/Adapter
. 30 cm, on hardwood
. n sides, 50 cycles (The value can be changed depending on the shapes.)
4. Method
(1) Check the functional operations and fit at every 10 cycles.
(2) Check the Check items described in 3. at every 50 cycles.
(3) Remove the battery for 10 seconds and see if the memory has been backed up.
(Checking for drop out of second battery)
5. Judgment
(1) HHP terminal
There is no problem in the Check items described in 3 after the 6 sides 50 cycles.
(2) Charger/Adapter
After the n sides 10 cycles,
. There is no problem in the functional operations (such as charging).
. There are no cracks on the molding and expansion of the gaps in the fit parts.
Evaluation Test

. On hardwood (with rubber sheet)
. Height of 1 m
. Falling side
One shape type: I/O side, battery side, LCD side
Folding type: Hinge side, R side, M side
4. Method
. Drop the HHP terminals in the conditions described above.
. There is no problem in the functional operations at every 50 cycles.
. Remove the battery for 10 seconds and see if the memory has been backed up at every 50 cycles.
(Checking for drop out of second battery)
5. Judgment
The average failure rate (50%) is
. Failures on the CSP: More than 600 times
. Failures on the others than the CSP: More than 250 times
