产品外观喷涂问题！

我是从事产品设计的，我想从事产品的人都应该会熟息产品的外观形象上的问题，可是我遇到的比如产品在喷涂上的一些工艺问题，如何去判定产品的外表面喷涂的质量问题，或者说你会给喷涂的厂家提些什么具体的要求，还有就是一些工艺上的实现问题等等，越多的建议越好，谢谢各位了！！！

看看这些够不够，：The visible surface of the product shall be free of scratches, cracks, dents, blemishes, contamination, warpage, corrosions and misalignment of mating parts.  The color, texture and overall appearance of all exterior surfaces shall conform to the sample approved by xxxxx(写你的公司名）Quality Assurance Department.  There shall be no color or texture mismatch on mating parts.

这些方面我都考虑过，但是这是大的方面，比如你说的某一具体方面有什么指标要求能详细点吗，是否你有相关的检测标准等，谢谢！
