要懂产品设计，要会模具工艺，又要懂模具设计，善沟通，真不容易。要不怎么叫工程师呢。

You have to coordinate with everyone and record everything and analyze the reason and told the mold maker to improve the tooling issues. It is easy to speak but it is really difficult to do it.
