Job Title:  Product/Industry Manager
  
Report to:  Marketing Manager/Director
  
Location:   Shanghai
  
Client Background
  
Our client is a lead-edge global designer, manufacturer and supplier of tooling solutions, including Metalworking Solutions and Services Group, Advanced Materials Solutions Group, J&L Industrial Supply and Full Service Supply. Currently they have 3 business unites in China, and expanding healthily and quickly. Its China head office locates in Shanghai with one of its manufacture facilities.  
  
Major duty and Responsibilities:
  
Responsible for collecting the relate market information of specific industry or product, including the develOPMent trend, price information and the market operation methodology of competitors.
  
To form an accurate assessment of the market potential.
  
Develop individual contacts and maintain good relationship with corporate marketing team to obtain the latest strategy, technology and success story of related industry or product. To get the maximum support from Corp to China market.
  
Develop local marketing strategy to support global direction and local needs according to market analysis and current resources and get approval from upper management.
  
Closely working with Sales Team to promote and execute marketing strategy.
  
Assist and coach the Sales Engineers and Application Engineers to improve the skills in selling and technical, etc.
  
Make price decisions in his/her responsible areas according to market intelligece.  
  
Be responsible for the sales volume and profit margin of responsible areas of product/industry.   
  
Develop and maintain relationships with VITOs from his/her focused industry.
  
Requirements/Skills:
  
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering
  
Fluent English Language skill  
  
Minimum five years working experience in field of related Industry or Product  
  
Good communication and interpersonal Skill
  
Relevant marketing background with strong knowledge of industry or product
  
Self-motivated with strong commitment
