Mechanical Engineer
  
1.Experience with structural design: this include develOPMent of a product from scratch, be able to communicate in the right way with product and marketing management as well as with production management is necessary.   
2.A good knowledge of all available manufacturing techniques and their properties is necessary.  
3.A good knowledge of materials e.g plastics, metals, adhesives is necessary.  Also good understanding of surface treatment processes is required.  
4.Following skills are a plus (at least familiar with one):  
Heat study and simulation: theoretical knowledge and practical experience.  Be able to analyze and optimize the design.  
Strength verification: be able to setup a model for FEM analysis, calculate, verify and optimize designs
