ESCATEC Engineering (Shanghai) Ltd is an extended tool room facility from Singapore and it serving the high end precision mould in China. Our areas of expertise are on Multi-Cavity Moulds, Unscrewing Moulds, 2K Moulds, Stack Moulds and Hot-runner Moulds.
Our facilities located at Shanghai Xin Zhuang Industry Park. The 2000 square meter manufacturing facility incorporates of Tool Room, Engineering, Injection Moulding Production and Quality Assurance. It operates in 3 shifts to ensure on time delivery to our customers.
To ensure the precision of final process we do not want to compromise. We use state of the art machine and measuring instrument from Agis, Charmilles, Mikron, Carl Zeiss and Optical Gaging Products (OGP).
Our in house Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacturing, and Computer Aided Engineering services that using Unigraphics NX and Mold Flow to provide Design For Manufacturing, layout for Customers approval and creating detailed drawings and program to shop floor. Our tools are also designed to fit in whatever injection molding equipment you or your supplier might have.
The Market we serves are Power Tool, Industrial Instrumentation, Automotive, High-End Consumer Products and Precision Gears
With our facilities in China and Singapore this allows ESCATEC provide global tooling solutions for our customers by exporting our tooling to countries all over the world.
